Tradeswatchdog reserves the right to close accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders as appropriate. If we cancel an order, no charge to yourself will be incurred.

The return or cancellation period is limited to 7 days from the day you receive your order . No cancellation will be accepted after this time. Payment is for a 12 moth subscription and access to the use of TW logos and links to the TW website.

Electronic Software Downloads

Tradeswatchdog Download products are provided under the terms of the license agreement applicable to the product. Tradeswatchdog is committed to the prevention of software piracy and in addition to the standard terms applicable to purchases of physical products, the following terms also apply:

All TW Products remain available to download from your Tradeswatchdog account for 14 days from the date of purchase.

During the 14 days following purchase, you may download any TW products you have purchased a maximum of 1 time.

Should you wish to return the download for a refund, the Returns procedure above should be followed. Please note: once you have been refunded for an TW product, it must be permanently removed from your PC and cannot be downloaded again.
